Over the last 3 years collectively, I have personally used Travis (J3s) to pressure my two homes, driveways, screened patios etc. This year he stained my fence, which came out flawless. I get numerous compliments from many neighbors. That being said, now my neighbors use his services as well.
I high recommend (J3’s) Travis for any of the services he provides. Very professional and an honest worker when doing business.

J 3’s Property Enhancements (Travis) has provided numerous services to our home including regular lawn mowing and maintenance, pressure washing our home, clearing out large amounts of brush from our back yard, painting our front porch and garage doors, and installing landscaping rocks around the perimeter of our home. He has done an excellent job on each project and is very fair and honest with his pricing and work. I would be happy to recommend J 3’s to anyone looking to improve their home.

I’m roughly a new homeowner and have been cutting my weed-riden lawn for the past year. I must confess It’s a grueling process. I opted to do it myself to save money. Due to Jacksonville summer months super extreme growth, maintaining my lawn became quite overwhelming. I recently researched lawncare services and noticed that the pricing is quite competitive. With that being said, J3’s Property Enhancements was the fairest and most reasonable. Travis answered me promptly, was very professional and awfully knowledgeable about his craft. He speaks in a manor that’s not over a client’s head when educating them about weed treatment, sod options, etc. For my first experience using a lawncare service, this company was on-time, expeditious and worth the money. I would definitely recommend J3’s Property Enhancement to my neighbors.

Just had to share that this guy and this company is truly a top notch professional. The results of the pressure washing of my driveway, house, and chimney were great. Travis was recommended by my realtor. She said if there was anything that needed to be done prior to sale, Travis could probably take care of it. He came and caulked all of the open crown molding seams around my house that the builder failed to do, and also touched up some paint spots in my house. He was very professional and flexible with his schedule. I would recommend him to anyone looking to touch up their house prior to sale.

I have a 1997 Ford F150 and it still has the original paint on it. Being that the truck is old I noticed it was severely fading to the point of what I believed was beyond repair. All the paint experts told me I needed a new paint job because of the oxidation that was built up in the paint. I asked J3’s about it and Travis told me that he could remove the oxidation and bring the shine back. He used a buffing treatment on my truck and now it has a showroom shine. Travis did a wonderful job. He was very professional and saved me hundreds of dollars. He even gave me instructions on how to maintain the shine so that it lasts longer. I highly recommend J3’s pressure washing. They offer a great service at an affordable price!
